About SaaS Pilot Review

SaaS Pilot Review tests the apps that online stores run on: email and SMS, product reviews, helpdesk, upsells, subscriptions, loyalty, shipping and analytics.

Every review starts with a real install on a working test store. We use the app the way a store owner would for days or weeks, keep a dated test log, and only then write a score.

Who runs this site

SaaS Pilot Review is run by Quan Le, who has worked in affiliate publishing since 2015 and runs a small network of review sites. You can find him on LinkedIn.
